    The ICC World Cup final is here! India and Australia will fight for the 2023 ICC Men’s World’s Cup Trophy in the 48th ODI on Sunday 19th November at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. 

    This is the first time India is hosting the ICC World Cup on its own, earlier India hosted the World Cup three times but they always had a co-host including Sri Lanka Bangladesh, and Pakistan.  

    After 12 years, Team Blue will play its fourth final match of the ICC World Cup at Narendra Modi Stadium. In the last ODI and first semifinal match of IND vs New Zealand, India won the match by 70 runs. India is the only unbeaten team without any loss in a 10-match streak. Even Black Caps skipper Kane Williamson lauds the team India. 

    Kane Williamson said, “They’re the best team in the world and they’re all playing their best cricket. The way they’ve played throughout this tournament has been incredible.”

    Unsurprisingly Team India deserves all the praise. The next and final match of India against the Kangaroos. 

    Speaking of which, Australia won the second semifinal match from South Africa by 3 wickets. South Africa gave 212 runs target which Australia chased in 47.2 overs. 

    In 2023 World Cup Australia won 8 matches out of 10 and their journey had some ups and down but they managed to the final. Australia is the team with 5 most ICC World Cup Trophy Champions, so undermining them would be a mistake.

    Zampa surpassed the previous record of Brad Hogg’s 21 wickets at the 2007 Tournament in West Indies.
