Chris Gayle hit 357 sixes and scored 4965 runs in a total of 142 matches at an average of 39.72. Chris Gayle was followed by Rohit Sharma who is also one of the biggest Indian hitters with a record of 257 sixes in 243 IPL matches.
AB de Villiers comes in third place with 251 sixes in the 184 matches of a total of 5162 runs in the IPL. The fourth place has been taken out by another Indian cricketer MS Dhoni with 239 sixes in the 250 IPL matches. CSK captain MS Dhoni collected 5028 runs with an average rate of 38.79 runs.
