Royal Challengers Bengaluru have won one game while chasing a 200+ total in the IPL. They did it against Kings Xi Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in the 7th game of the 2010 edition. PBKS made 203/3 in the first innings. Chasing the target, RCB made 204/2 in 18.5 overs to win the game. Jacques Kallis scored an unbeaten 89 off 55, and Robin Uthappa made 51 off 21 balls.
8. Delhi Capitals – 1 Time
Delhi Capitals have also chased a 200+ total once in the IPL. They did it against Gujarat Lions during the 2017 season at Arun Jaitley Stadium. Batting first, GL made a total of 208/7. In reply, Delhi got off to a good start as Sanju Samson made a 31-ball 61 and Rishabh Pant scored 97 off 43. Delhi made 214/3 in 17.3 overs to win.

Sunrisers Hyderabad is another team that has won one game while chasing more than 200 runs. They did it against Rajasthan Royals in the 2023 edition at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Rajasthan Royals have also done it twice so far. The inaugural season winner has registered two out of the top three chases in the IPL. In 2008, they chased down 217/7 against Deccan Chargers to win the game at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. Yusuf Pathan (61 off 28 and 2/20) won the MOTM award. The two-time champion Kolkata Knight Riders are one of the three teams to win multiple titles in the tournament. They always do well with the bat and have some big totals and chases in the IPL. They have chased down 200 or more totals three times in IPL history. Their highest run chase came against Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
