Jeff Hafley played College Football as a wide receiver for the Seinna football team from 1997 to 2000. Current Packers HC Jeff Hafley spent 11 years of his sidelined coaching career in College Football before he entered the NFL. 

Jeff Hafley coached Worcester Polytechnic (2001), Albany (2002–05), Pittsburgh (2006–10) and Rutgers (2011). In 2012, finally, Jeff’s hard work paid off really well and he made his NFL coaching debut with Tempa Bay Buccaneers. Jeff Hafley signed as the assistant defensive backs coach for the frenchise.
