It will be a long column to put every Sachin’s achievement and records here. To wrap up his colossal cricket career, Sachin is the all-time highest run-getter who played 200 test matches and scored 15,921 including 51 tons and 68 half-centuries. In the ODI, Sachin bagged 18,426 runs with a batting average of 44.83 in 463 matches and holds the records for the most appearances in both ODI and Test formats. During his ODI career, Sachin Tendulkar slammed 49 centuries and 96 half-centuries.
Tendulkar’s 49 most centuries in the ODI record was surpassed by Virat Kohli who bagged his career’s 50th ton in the 2023 ICC ODI World Cup semi-final against New Zealand at the Wankhede Stadium.
However, Sachin Tendulkar still has the most centuries in his career, making him the first and only cricketer to score 100 international centuries. No wonder, Sachin Tendulkar is idolized by cricket fans as the God of cricket.
