2023 ODI World Cup Tickets: Sales Begin on August 25, Semi-Final & Final Bookings Start September 15

Tickets for the 2023 World Cup have been released by the International Cricket Council (ICC). The sale date is August 30 for India’s matches. International matches sale begins on August 25.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Thursday announced a schedule for the ODI world cup 2023 that includes revisions to nine matches, including India versus Pakistan. The ICC additionally announced that tickets for the major events will go on sale on August 25, 2023. The tournament’s first match will be played on October 5, 2023, in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi’s Stadium between the winners of the previous edition, England and New Zealand.

To avoid fan chaos, ICC further announced that tickets for India matches would be released in phases. Tickets for all the non-Indian matches and non-Indian warm-up matches will go on sale on August 25. This means that with the exception of India, tickets can be purchased beginning on August 25 for every match involving the other nine teams: England, Pakistan, Australia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and the Netherlands

The ICC’s decision to divide the ticket sale depending on venues makes things more difficult for India matches. Tickets for India’s showcase match go on sale on August 30. Tickets for the main round will be available beginning on August 31. However, fans can reserve tickets for the India versus Pakistan match, which will be held on October 14 instead of October 15 on September 3, 2023.
