Only one player in the entire RR vs PBKS match collected more than 100 fantasy points. And it was none other than the PBKS captain, Sam Curran. He had a brilliant game with the bat and ball. It was a good win for PBKS, and stand-in skipper Sam Curran shines off with a good all-round performance. He had a brilliant game in both departments. He took 2/24 in his three overs and dismissed Yashasvi Jaiswal and Dhruv Jurel. Then, with the bat, he came out to bat at 36/3, scored an unbeaten 63 off 41 balls, and took his team over the line. As a result, he won the Player of the Match award.

RR vs PBKS Key Points
PBKS gave RR a tough time. Batting first, they could reach 150, as they managed low scores of 144/9. Harshal Patel picked up 2/28 and went past Jasprit Bumrah to clinch the Purple Cap.
