Ekana Cricket Stadium Pitch Report
The Ekana Cricket Stadium is known for its support for the spinners due to its slow pitch and it becomes difficult for the team batting second to chase the target. In the two matches played at this ground in the ongoing season, LSG have won both times by defending a target. First they successfully defended 199 runs against Punjab Kings to win the match by 21 runs, and then defeated Gujarat Titans by 33 runs defending 163 runs. It looks like, the team batting first will be having upper hand against the opposition and the pitch slows down as the match progresses.

Ekana Cricket Stadium has hosted nine IPL matches so far out of which, the team batting first has won six times, while a chasing team came out victorious on two occasions, with one match ending in no result.
