Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will be coming to defend their title in IPL 2025 and lift the trophy for the sixth time to become the most successful in the Indian Premier League (IPL). CSK have been very consistent in the cash-rich league with five titles and most appearances in the final (10 times). On the other hand, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have got their hands on the one time in 2016. They also made it into the final of IPL 2018, but CSK defeated them to lift the trophy in the final to lift their comeback year after serving a two-year ban. SRH won that match comfortably by 6 wickets, chasing a target of 133 runs in 16.5 overs, with Jonny Bairstow scoring an unbeaten 61 runs off 44 balls.
