Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals locked horns in match no. 56 of the TATA IPL 2024 on Tuesday. This match took place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. It was a high-scoring clash, with both teams scoring over 200 runs. But in the end, it was DC that came out victorious.

Samson was looking to take his team to victory but got out at the boundary line for a rather controversial catch that changed the game. RR finished at 201/8, and DC won by 20 runs to reach 12 points on the board.

RR captain Sanju Samson almost pulled off a brilliant chance single-handedly but got out at the wrong time. Before getting out, he scored 86 runs off 46 balls at a strike rate of 186.96. He was also involved in a runout in the first innings. Samson collected a total of 130 fantasy points in the DC vs RR game and won the Fantasy Player of the Match award.

It was none other than Kuldeep Yadav, who bowled an exceptional spell of 2/25 in his four overs, that changed the game. The turning point was his final over.
