The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League has started with some brilliant games, and some more are coming in the next day or so. Match No. 7 will be played between the two best teams of 2023. Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans will face each other on Tuesday at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. This will be the first game between the two sides since the final of the IPL 2023.
Both teams had a good start to the season. CSK won the game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at home and have a great opportunity to make it two in two this season. On the other hand, GT defended a below-par total against the five-time champion Mumbai Indians and won by four wickets. Shubman Gill started his captaincy tenure with a win. So can they do it against CSK, or will Chennai carry on their dominance at home?
CSK vs GT Head to Head Record at MA Chidambaram Stadium
The five-time champions have a great record against most of the opposition, but against Gujarat Titans, it is not quite as dominating as it should be. Interestingly, five matches have been played in four different stadiums. These two sides have played one game at Chepauk Stadium, and CSK won that match by 15 runs.
