The BCCI has announced the Team India squad for the first Test match against Bangladesh starting on 19 September. In the upcoming Test of the series Bangladesh tour of India, Rohit Sharma will again lead the squad as a skipper.
BCCI has also confirmed the wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant’s comeback after 20 months after his fatal car accident. Other than Rishabh Pant two young pacers Yash Dayal and Akash Deep have also been included in the Test team.

Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah also made it to the squad but Mohammed Shami wasn’t included in the first Test squad. India’s home Test series against Bangladesh will start from 19th September to 23rd September at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
The send test match of India vs Bangladesh is scheduled to be held at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur from September 27 to October 1.
