Nepal T20 World Cup 2024 Squad

Ahead of the 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, the Cricket Association of Nepal has announced their best 15-men on May 1st. The selection of the team is based on players’ form and performance from the last matches.

21-year-old, Rohit Paudel will lead Nepal’s T20 World Cup Squad in the USA and West Indies. Rohit Paudel is a right-handed batting allrounder in his best form and playing well in the ongoing T20 series against the West Indies A side at home.     

The first time ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is set to ablaze in the United States co-hosted by the West Indies from 1st June to 29th June. Speaking of co-hosting West Indies who will host the T20 World Cup for the second time in the 17 years of tournament history. Another surprising element is that 20 teams are participating in the T20 World Cup. 

All these teams are divided into 4 groups with each containing 5 teams. Nepal is in Group D and joined the club with South Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Netherlands. 

Nepal secured a position in the T20 World Cup 2024 after reaching the final of the Asia Qualifier in Nepal. Nepal has announced the familiar teams with experienced Sompal Kami and Karan KC will give support to youngsters.
