Namibia T20 World Cup 2024 Squad

Namibia has revealed its best 15-men squad ahead of the 2024 T20 World Cup. Allrounder Gerhard Erasmus will be the skipper of the Namibia team. The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is scheduled to run from Jun 2nd to 29 Jun hosted by the United States and West Indies. 

In the 9th edition of the T20 World Cup 2024, 20 teams are participating in a group of four A, B, C, and D. Namibia is in the Gropu B, sharing the elite room with reigning champion England, Australia, Oman, and Scotland.  

Namibia made their selection in the T20 World Cup 2024 through the unbeaten run in the 2023 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier. 12 Out of 15 men from the victorious squad got selected in the T20 World Cup squad, leaving out Nicol Loftie-Eaton, veteran Pikky Ya France, and young batter Shawn Fouche.

Seamer Dylan Leicher, left-arm pacer Ruben Trumpelmann, and young pacer Jack Brassell made their selection based on ICC Men’s U19 Cricket World Cup performance.
