The defending champions Jaipur Pink Panther will be coming to retain their and become the champions of the Pro Kabaddi League for the third time. The 11th edition of the tournament will kickstart on 18th Dec, 2024 with a match between Telugu Titans and Bengaluru Bulls in Hyderabad.
Jaipur Pink Panthers are the champions of the inaugural season of PKL in 2014 and had to wait eight years to lift their second title when they defeated Puneri Paltan in the final of PKL 2022. They were also the runners-up in 2018 where they lost the final against Patna Pirates.
After a successful outing in the previous season, Jaipur Pink Panthers didn’t make any changes in their squad and retained six elite players ahead of PKL 2024 and also didn’t spend a large amount of purse for players in the auction. Jaipur Pink Panthers now have two PKL titles with them after winning the ninth edition of the tournament. This makes Jaipur the second most successful team in PKL after Patna Pirates who have won three titles so far.
