While securing their best defender Sumit Sangwan and raider Surender Gill from the previous season, the franchise purchased Bharat Hooda for INR 1.30 crore. Patna Pirates
3-time champion Patna Pirates came out as one of the strongest squads ahead of the PKL 11 after retaining some key players and securing some star players. Among the new players, Patna Patna-based franchise added the fan-favorite Jang Kun Lee for the price of INR 17.50 lakh. However, their most expensive buys are Defender Shubham Shinde and all-rounder Gurdeep whom they secured for INR 70 lakh and INR 59 lakh respectively. They also retained their best players Sudhakar M and Ankit Jaglan who helped the team to reach the PKL 10 playoffs in the previous season.
