Telangana-based franchise retained star players Pawan Sehrawat, Ashish Narwal, and Manjeet ahead of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 11. The franchise also retained previous seasons’ top performers Sanjeevi S and Shankar Gadai. During the PKL Auctions 2024, Titans focused on improving the overall squad’s strength and made some noteworthy purchases. To up their defense game, Titans bought Krishan for INR 70 lac, Milad Jabbari, and Sunder for INR 13 lac as well. For the past three seasons, Telugu Titans have been facing disappointing seasons. Looking at the stats against the Patna Pirates, the Titans would like to change that in the upcoming match.
Patna Pirates
3-time champion Patna Pirates came out as one of the strongest squads ahead of the PKL 11 after retaining some key players and securing some star players. Among the new players, Patna Patna-based franchise added the fan-favorite Jang Kun Lee for the price of INR 17.50 lakh. However, their most expensive buys are Defender Shubham Shinde and all-rounder Gurdeep whom they secured for INR 70 lakh and INR 59 lakh respectively. They also retained their best players Sudhakar M and Ankit Jaglan who helped the team to reach the PKL 10 playoffs in the previous season.
