Defending Champion Puneri Paltan has retained most of the title-winning players of PKL season 10. One of the top players of the franchise is the captain Aslam Inamdar who helped the squad clinch their maiden PKL Trophy in 2023. Other than Inamdar, raiders Akash Shinde, Pankaj Mohite, and Mohit Goyat, defenders Sanket Sawant, Abinesh Nadarajan, Gaurav Khatri, and Vaibhav Kamble were all retained. Other than retaining their key players, they also added a few strong players like Raider V, Ajith Kumar, defender Vishal, and Mohit ahead of the PKL 11 tournament.

The PKL 10 runners-up, Haryana Steelers retained their top players from the previous season defenders Jaideep Dahiya, Rahul Sethpal, and raiders Shivam Patare and Vinay for the upcoming season. Steelers also hand-picked some of the top players into the PKL 2024 Auction.
The Haryana-based franchise successfully acquired the Iranian allrounder Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh for the massive price of INR 2.07 Crore. Mohammadreza Shadloui has been one of the best players for the past two seasons of the PKL tournament. He emerged as the second highest-paid player for the Pro Kabaddi League 11 season. All-rounders Naveen and Sanskar Mishra are the two new additions to Haryana ahead of the PKL 2024.
