Perth is all set to welcome Australia’s brightest young cricketers as the National U19 Male Cricket Championships 2025 will take place from December 1 to 8. Spread across 12 venues, the tournament will feature 10 teams, divided into two pools, with the grand finale scheduled at the historic WACA Ground.
This championship will serve as the final selection trial for the ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup 2026, which will be hosted jointly by Zimbabwe and Namibia in January 2026. Australia enters the event as the defending champions, adding more excitement to this year’s tournament.
Tournament Format and Pools
The 10 participating teams have been split into two groups:

Cricket Australia confirmed that all matches will be live-streamed via FrogBox, and accessible on the CA Live app, PlayCricket app, and Cricket Australia’s YouTube channel, ensuring nationwide access for fans, scouts, and families.

Before the December showdown, fans will also get a treat as Australia U19 takes on India U19 in Brisbane and Mackay.
- Sep 21, 24, 26 – Three ODIs at Ian Healy Oval, Brisbane
- Sep 30–Oct 3 – 1st Youth Test at Ian Healy Oval
- Oct 7–10 – 2nd Youth Test at Great Barrier Reef Arena, Mackay
The ODIs will be broadcast on Kayo Sports & Foxtel, while the Youth Tests will be streamed on Cricket Australia YouTube channel.
