Bangladesh pacer Hasan Mahmud strikes early, scalping three wickets including skipper Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, and star batter Virat Kohli in the ongoing India vs Bangladesh 1st test on day 1.
On Thursday, 19 September, Bangladesh captain Najmul Hasan Shanto chose to bowl first after winning the toss at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Only 5 overs had been played when Hasan Mahmud screamed ‘OUT’ and here’s captain Rohit Sharma sent back to the pavilion. In the next two overs, Hasan got Prince of Cricket Shubman Gill as he received his 6th duck in Test cricket. Virat Kohli also failed to stabilize the scoreboard scoring only six runs and became the third victim of Hasan Mahmud.
