The winner of the Asia Cup 2025 is set to receive prize money of INR 2.6 crore, while the runners-up will get an amount of INR 1.3 crore. The further report also confirms that the player that will win the Player of the Tournament award will win a cash prize of INR 12.5 Lacs. Notably, the prize money for the winning team is more than double that of the last season.
India won the previous edition in 2023, which was played in ODI format. They received the prize money of INR 1.25 crore. Hence, not just the money has increased, but also the stage has gotten bigger. Group A will host India, Pakistan, Oman, and the UAE, while Group B has Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Hong Kong, and Bangladesh.
