Will Jacks began his cricket career at an early age and got the instant attention of the selectors as he bagged a spot in England’s U-19 cricket World Cup 2018 squad even before he made his List A Debut for Surrey. Jacks’ striking knock of 121 in the third match of the List A tournament 2018 against Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, got him wide recognition.
Will made his first class debut for Surrey in the County Championship 2018 as the team successfully lifted the title in the season. On July 5, 2018, Will Jacks made his debut in Twenty20 in the 2018 T20 Blast. He registered the third fastest fifty for an English man in Twenty20 off 15 balls against Middlesex in June 2021.
