Shannon Sharpe is a former American football tight end born on June 26, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois. He played 14 seasons with the Denver Broncos and was one of the greatest tight ends of all time. He is the first NFL tight end to gather over 10,000 receiving yards.
He retired from football in May 2004 and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011. After retiring, Sharpe became a sports analyst and co-hosted “ Skip and Shannon: Undisputed” on Fox Sports 1 with Skip Bayless until 2023. He also became the host of a weekly podcast called “ Club Shay Shay.”
