Rajon Rondo was born in Louisville, Kentucky on 22nd February, 1986 and is one among the four siblings. His father left the home when he was just seven years old and he is raised by his mother who used to work at a Tobacco company. Before Basketball, Rondo was inclined towards Football, but his mother convinced him to to chose the different sport that will be more suitable for his skinny body type.
Rondo attended Eastern High School in Louisville where played Basketball at the junior level. He averaged 27.9 points, 10.0 rebounds and 7.5 assists due to which he earned a spot in the All-State honors and was named the 7th Region Player of the Year.
