Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi in Match No. 68 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on May 25. This match will be a dead-rubber contest as both franchises that played the IPL 2024 final are left with their last league-stage match, starting at 7:30 PM IST.
From IPL 2023 to IPL 2025, SRH consecutively won the toss in four matches, but failed to win the match. On the other hand, KKR won the toss once and won the match as well. In a most recent clash between SRH and KKR at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, SRH won the toss, but at the end of the day, KKR emerged winner.
Talking about the current edition, SRH skipper Pat Cummins won the toss on three occasions and won the match twice. After losing the toss in two games, the team could win only one match. Conversely, KKR skipper Ajinkya Rahane won the toss three times, but claimed victory only once. After losing the toss in two matches, KKR also won one match. So, in today’s IPL match, it will be critical for the skippers to win the toss.Â
