The ICC has released the complete schedule for the upcoming biggest event of the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup which will commence from 3rd October to 20th October.
The sixth-time champion Australia has announced their best 15 players for the upcoming ICC marquee event of the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 with Alyssa Healy leading the squad.
The Australia Cricket Board has selected Tayla Vlaeminck, Phoebe Litchfield, and Sophie Molineux replacing Heather Graham, Jess Jonassen, and Lanning for the upcoming Cricket event in Dubai.
Jess Jonassen and Lanning will be a good option to an already strong batting line-up for an extra boost. Where Tayla Vlaeminck gives extra support to the Australia seam bowling side with Megan Schutt, Kim Garth, Darcie Brown, and Ellyse Perry. On the other hand, Sophie Molineux will play the spinner role to make the Bowling side strong.
The defending Champion Australia Women’s team will have their season-opening match against Sri Lanka Women’s Team at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on October 5th starting at 7:30 PM IST.
