Sanju Samson made his IPL debut in 2013 for Rajasthan Royals and played with the franchise until 2015. The highest score for Sanju Samson in the IPL playoffs came against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens. It was the Eliminator of the IPL 2018. KKR scored 169/7 in the first inning. Chasing the score, RR only managed 144/4 and lost the game. Samson scored his first half-century in the IPL playoffs and scored 50 off 38 balls. But it came in the losing cause.
Sanju Samson’s second-highest score in an IPL playoff came in 2022. It was Qualifier 1 of the tournament against Gujarat Titans at Eden Gardens. Rajasthan Royals batted first and scored 188/6 in the first inning. Jos Buttler made 89* off 56, and Samson scored 47 off 26 balls, with five fours and three sixes. However, RR couldn’t defend the total, and GT made 191/3 to win that game.
