Kolkata Knight Rides (KKR) had a winning start to their IPL 2024 campaign after a thrilling 4-run victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens. Now they will be facing Royal Challengers Bengaluru at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on 29th March. KKR look promising this year with the former skipper Gautam Gambhir, who led the franchise to two titles in 2012 and 2014, is now back as a mentor for the upcoming season.
KKR have several match-winners in their squads who could turn the match around with their performance in a couple of overs. One of those players of Rinku Singh. The left-handed batsman had a tremendous season last year, where he finished as the top run getter for KKR with 474 runs from 14 matches at an average of 59.25 and a strike rate of 149.53.
