Pat Cummins made his IPL debut for KKR in IPL 2014 after being bought by the franchise for INR 1 crore in the auction. After two years with KKR, Cummins didn’t feature in IPL 2016 and was sold to Delhi Capitals (formerly known as Delhi Daredevils) for INR 4.5 crore ahead of IPL 2017. In 2018, the Australian fast bowler was bought by Mumbai Indians for INR 5.4 crore but was ruled out of the entire season due to injury.
Cummins returned to KKR in 2020 for ₹15.5 crore, becoming one of the most expensive players in IPL history. He pulled out of IPL 2021 but rejoined KKR in 2022 for ₹7.25 crore.
