However, he scored these runs playing for both Chennai Super Kings and Rising Pune Supergiants. Now, Dhoni is on the verge of achieving the milestone of 5000 for CSK along in IPL and Champions League combined. Till now, Dhoni has amassed 4957 runs from 244 matches for CSK and is just 43 runs behind touching the 5000-run mark for the franchise. 2. 250 Sixes
MS Dhoni is known to be an explosive batter, especially in the death overs. He is fourth in the list of most sixes in the IPL with 239 maximums from 250 games and is behind Chris Gayle, Rohit Sharma, and Ab de Villiers in this league. Now, Dhoni is just 11 sixes away from completing the milestone of 250 sixes in the IPL. He can also surpass De Villiers (251 sixes) and Rohit (257 sixes) to come second in the list behind Gayle (357 sixes). The CSK skipper is anticipated to achieve this record in IPL 2024.

Till now, Dhoni has played 244 matches for CSK in both IPL and the Champions League combined. Now he is just six matches away from touching the milestone of 250 matches for the franchise. 5. 200 dismissals as a Wicket-Keeper
MS Dhoni is among the greatest wicketkeepers in the world and arguably the quickest man behind the stumps. He has the record for most dismissals (180) by a wicketkeeper in the IPL. He is now 20 dismissals away from becoming the first wicketkeeper to reach the milestone of 200 dismissals in the IPL.
