Manish Pandey made his IPL debut in 2008 for Mumbai Indians after the franchise bought him for INR 6 Lakhs at the auction. In 2009, he was sold to RCB for INR 12 Lakhs. After two years with RCB, Pandey joined Pune Warriors India (PWI) ahead of IPL 2011 for INR 20 Lakhs. He was a part of the Pune-based franchise for three years before it finally got terminated by the BCCI ahead of IPL 2014. In 2014, Manish Pandey was bought by KKR for INR 1.7 crore.
