Manish Pandey is an Indian cricketer who played for Delhi Capitals (DC) in IPL 2023. However, he has been released by DC ahead of the IPL 2025 and will go under the hammer in the upcoming auction. Pandey has been a part of IPL since the inaugural season in 2008 and has played for seven franchises so far.
Manish Pandey has played some memorable knocks in his IPL career, including his maiden hundred in 2009 for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and a match-winning of 94 runs in the IPL 2014 final for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) against Kings XI Punjab (now called Punjab Kings). Manish Pandey IPL 2025 Team & Price
Manish Pandey made his IPL debut in 2008 for Mumbai Indians after the franchise bought him for INR 6 Lakhs at the auction. In 2009, he was sold to RCB for INR 12 Lakhs. After two years with RCB, Pandey joined Pune Warriors India (PWI) ahead of IPL 2011 for INR 20 Lakhs. He was a part of the Pune-based franchise for three years before it finally got terminated by the BCCI ahead of IPL 2014. In 2014, Manish Pandey was bought by KKR for INR 1.7 crore. He was a part of KKR’s title triumph in 2014 and also got a Player of the Match award for his match-winning knock of 94 runs in the final. After four years with KKR, Pandey was sold to Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2018 for INR 11 crore and played for them till 2022. In 2022, Lucknow Super Giants bought him for INR 4.6 crore. He was released by SRH next year and DC bought him for INR 2.4 crore ahead of IPL 2023.

Manish Pandey made his IPL debut in the inaugural season of the tournament in 2008. He was picked up by the Mumbai Indians (MI) at a base price of US$30,000. However, he didn’t play many matches that season and was eventually released by the franchise.
