Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) were looked as one of the strongest sides on paper after they picked some world class players in the IPL 2023 auction. Many experts believe that SRH could do well in the season or may even clinch their second IPL title. However, after the league stage, they finished in 10th position with just four wins from 14 games.
The Orange Army couldn’t convert their squad into the winning squad as they finished last at the points table. The fans were having high hopes from the skipper Aiden Markram, who led Sunrisers Eastern Cape to triumph in the inaugural season of South African T20 League a few weeks ago. But the South African cricketer couldn’t repeat the same heroics with SRH this time.

SRH Released Players IPL 2024 (Predicted)
There are a bunch of players that SRH might release before the IPL 2024 auction. SRH seem to have lost their track in IPL after they released their former skipper David Warner before IPL 2022. Since then, they are looking for a perfect combination that could lead them towards success.
The first player that might be released by SRH could be Harry Brook. The English batter was bought by the franchise at a huge amount of INR 13.25 crore, but he couldn’t justify his price tag in the first three matches. However, in the next game against Kolkata Knight Riders, Brook finally got his touch as he scored the first century of IPL 2023. Fans were expecting more such innings for the rest of the season but the England batter get his form back after that knock. Despite a hundred in an innings, Brook couldn’t even cross the 200-run mark in the season as he amassed 190 runs from 111 matches at an average of 21.11 and a strike rate of 123.38.
