1. Better Spin attack
The pitch in Chennai is generally good for spinners. The spinners get a good amount of turn and grip at this venue, which makes the batting a bit difficult. That can be the difference maker in this game. Rajasthan Royals have two world-class spinners, Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal. These two have picked up 27 wickets between them, whereas SRH spinners have taken 13 wickets in the entire season. So that is the area where RR will have an edge over SRH.
2. Experienced & In-form Middle Order
Sunrisers Hyderabad are overly dependent on their openers. It is not a wrong statement to say that Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma have been the best pair this season, and both like to play at a strike rate of over 200. But once they get out, SRH don’t have many big or experienced names in the middle order apart from Heinrich Klaasen.
