We are just a few days away from the start of the inaugural season of the International Masters League (IML) 2025. Six teams representing India, England, Australia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and West Indies will be taking part in the inaugural season. This tournament will give all cricket lovers a chance to watch their favorites cricketers who have retitred, once again back in action.
Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Kumar Sangakkara, Yuvraj Singh, Chris Gayle, Jacques Kallis, Shane Watson, Kevin Pietersen, and many more legendary cricketers will set the stage on fire. There will be 18 games among six teams between February 22 and March 16. South Africa Masters will enter this game as one of the favorites because of the squad they have assembled for this tournament. South Africa Masters will play their first game on February 26.
International Masters League (IML) 2025 South Africa Squad
Legendary South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis will lead South Africa Masters team in this competition. He himself needs no introduction and is one of the greatest players ever to play this sport. Hashim Amla, JP Duminy, and Alviro Petersen are known for their elegant play, while Farhaan Behardien, Jacques Rudolph, and Dane Vilas are known for their power hitting. The bowling unit has some game-changers like Vernon Philander, Makhaya Ntini, and Eddie Leie.

They will lock horns with all five participants in the group stage once. They will play India, England, and Australia on March 1, 3, and 7. All these games are in Rajkot. Their final group match will be on March 11 against West Indies in Raipur. If they qualify for the semifinal and final, they will be in action on March 13 or 14 and 16 for the final.
