India vs Pakistan Head to Head: The 2023 ODI World Cup is around the corner and the fans are thrilled for the biggest cricketing event of the year. The tournament will kick start on October 5th with an opening match between England and New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Both India and Pakistan have faced each other seven times in the T20 World Cup, where India have won four times, while Pakistan come out victorious in one occasion and one game has been ended in a tie. The first encounter between India and Pakistan in T20Is took place during the inaugural edition of the T20 World Cup in South Africa, 2007. Batting first in Durban, India posted 141 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. In reply Pakistan could also score 141 runs losing 7 wickets and the match was tied. However, India were declared winners after winning the bowl out contest and were awarded two points. Later, in the final of that tournament in Johannesburg, India defeated Pakistan by 5 runs and emerged as the first-ever champions of the World T20.
